GENERAL RETURN GUIDES
These are the general return guidelines of OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL that apply only to the products that you buy from us directly. If you buy products through offline channels, contact the final supplier that sold you the products to know their return policy. To opt for a refund or refund, you must comply with all general guidelines.
• All product returns require a merchandise return authorization number (RMA). You can contact us to obtain an RMA number.
• If you return products in which you have stored personal information, you must delete this information completely before sending us the product (s).
• The costs of sending the return are at your charge, make sure that the incident in the article is not your responsibility. These expenses may vary depending on the size and weight of the product.
• For purchase of large items (for example, Pools, Seascooter), keep the original package for at least 15 days, within the return policy period, to use in case of requesting a return or replacement of the unit.
The products we receive in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and will be rejected:
• Any product not purchased from OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL
• Any product that is returned without the original packaging and accessories, including the box and all other items originally included with the product.
• Any product that presents physical damage.
• Any product that appears manipulated, personalized or altered in any way.
STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
• Refund for reimbursement: within the first 15 days of the calendar from the date of the invoice or the delivery date, whichever is later.
• Refund for replacement: within the first 15 days of the calendar from the date of the invoice or the delivery date, whichever is later.
• We will offer you the option of returning the product through a pre-paid transportation service. You can obtain a pick-up order number via email, after creating the RMA in the customer service center
• The cost of transporting your return or product replacement will be deducted from your refund unless your item meets the requirements of a free return.

SHIPPING RETURN
OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL will only pay for the return shipment if the product is defective due to the responsibility of the manufacturer (not the fault of the customer). The article must be within the return policy of OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL. A pick-up order number can be obtained via email after creating the RMA
• The return shipping costs can be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.

• For purchase of large items (for example, Seascooter, swimming pools), keep the original package for at least 15 days, within the return policy period, in case of requesting a return or replacement of the unit.

• The return shipping costs may vary according to the size and weight of the product, according to the detail below.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK (BACK-ORDER)
If OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL has discontinued an item that is sent for replacement, or if that item is simply sold out, OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL will issue a refund
